HOW TO PRESENT YOUR COLLECTION OF
NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC MAGAZINES

· INVENTORY The best way is to list in an Excel file, Month and Year of all issues, their condition, (see grading scale below). If hardbound volumes, state cover type, color and number of issues and Months.

· E-MAIL YOUR INVENTORY to info@ngm-ec.com . Include your name address and e-mail address. I will e-mail a response if I am interested or have comments. I have a large data base of collectors all over the world and will ask for a trade for local contacts in your area, or international

· APPRAISAL If you wish to receive and average value estimate of your collection I will be happy to do so, however it is also possible that I make a full appraisal study with more specific advice how to market your collection, if you want to sell it. An offer will be made based on the estimated work involved.

Use the following descriptions to GRADE MAGAZINES. If an issue has any one condition it is rated in that category. (VG-2 for example)

If an issue has two conditions, (say 5 & 6) Then you should list it as Fair-5-6. If an issue has 3 conditions, (say 3,4 & 5) then state Good +3-4-5
